After growing up in the Niagara Region, Simone moved to Sudbury, Ontario to obtain an Honour in Law and Justice with a minor in Health and Disability from Laurentian University. During her time at Laurentian, Simone was a member of the Women’s Varsity Swim Team and completed a 21.5 km crossing of Lake Erie. She was an Academic all Canadian athlete from 2016-2019. Simone graduated Cum Laude in 2019.
After graduation, Simone attended the University of Ottawa Faculty of Common Law to obtain her Juris Doctor degree. Simone graduated from the University of Ottawa cum laude in 2022. She has been employed at Gibson and Reitboeck LLP since 2020 as a law student and is grateful for Ms. Gibson and Mr. Reitboeck’s mentorship. Simone is currently completing her articling term with Gibson and Reitboeck LLP.
During her time away from the office, Simone enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, and taking care of Ralph and Seraphina, her West Highland White Terrier and Persian cat.
